Returns and Exchanges Online 
• You can return any items purchased at the kupongknitwear.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
• All products must be returned in original condition, with all tags still attached (unless faulty).
• To exchange an item bought online, please return the item and place a new order online.
• The return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Refund

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Returning your purchase

Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid paggaging. Complete the return form and attach it to the products you want to return. Close the bag and tape it securely.

Exchanges
Purchased item(s) are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges will be shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at the webside www.kupongknitwear.com

Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than necessary.

Important information
Item(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.

Make sure all products are exactly as received, with tag and seal still attached. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criterias.
